Thoroughbred Training Stables
Prepares thoroughbreds for racing at the Cranbourne stables: daily stable duties, trackwork, feeding programs, gear management and race day attendance. The team keeps every horse sound, fit and correctly recorded from the day it arrives to the day it spells or is retired.

Dale Whitmore
Licensed trainer of 21 years who sets every horse's work program and feeding plan and signs off every runner before it leaves for the races.
Kirra Donnelly
Supervises the Cranbourne stablehands and riders each morning, allocates horses on the roster and has worked her way up over nine years at the stable.
Sam Vandenberg
Rides eight to ten horses each morning in pacework and gallops, reports how each horse travelled and has been riding work at Silverstride for four years.

The master record of every horse in the business: identity, location, owner, status, program and daily welfare checks.
Trackwork and Stable Roster
The daily allocation of horses to riders and stablehands, the work set by the trainer and the rider's report after work.
Treatment and Medication Log
Every treatment, medication, supplement and therapy given to a horse, with the withholding period and clear date.
